Kate and Alexis are awesome leasing managers. They go over and beyond on getting requests and issues taken care of for you.... Maintenance guys are great as well. Property is always well maintained. We do understand the frustration with the recent power outages and are just as frustrated as our residents are. We have reached out to Entergy and they could not give us a reason for the outage but did let us know that they are working on restoration and working to find out the cause behind the outages. We are asking all our residents to please reach out to Entergy as well to file an outage report and for more information at 1-800-ENTERGY. For future situations, please reach out to the site so we can confirm you have multiple communication options active within the resident portal. Typically, during events like this, our corporate office also provides updates, typically by email or phone on file.
